Service and customer support

You can address one of the following MTS channels to receive service support: MTS retail outlets, Contact Center, «Mobile helper», «Internet-helper» and «Mobile Portal *111#».

If you have a question, just call the Contact Center at +7 (495) 766-01-66 and you will be switched to an English-speaking operator. 

Please note that service centers which deal with guarantee and post-guarantee service of hardware and mobile phones are not part of MTS.
